Painted Hand CDC Supports the BGC Yorkton Teen Basic Needs & Supports Project!
Painted Hand Community Development Corporation is the generous supporter of our BGC Yorkton Teen Basic Needs & Supports Project. We serve daily snacks and supper in the teen center, but we worry every Friday when the weekend hits about some of our youth’s access to food over the weekend when they are not using supports at the school or the BGC Club. Through this project, we are able to send these youth home with a brown paper bag filled with snacks and a few easy-to-prepare meal items to address their nutritional needs! A part of this project will include purchasing items for our hygiene shelf so that our teens can have access to basic hygiene items to take home when they need!
